Terms & Conditions

By renting the Production Floor / Recording Studio, you agree and accept these Terms set in place by LCY Media.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

We require a 24 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule bookings. A $100.00 minimum fee will be charged for Same-Day cancelations.

Over-Charge Fees

An additional $75.00 per hour will be charged for events that run over the original rental period. These charges are non-refundable.

Damages

A $500.00 fee will be charged for any and all Property / Equipment damages that may occur during your rental period. These charges are non-refundable.

Theft

Stolen property will result in a $2000.00 fine and lifetime ban from our facility proceeding with legal action. 

LCY Media's Rights

LCY Media has the right to stop or cancel any rental session without refund in the event that:

​

  • Client has over stayed their rental period

  • Client is unwilling to pay

  • Client is disrespectful to members of staff or the facility of LCY Media

  • Property or Equipment has been damaged

  • Property or Equipment has been stolen
